Tuning is not a whole lot different than a MAF based system. You are referencing manifold pressure instead of a mass flow rate. Air temperature is it's own map.

Why are you concerned with speed density?

because my tuner and myself are loading a map that was taken from a group n rally car and it no longer looks at the maf its all based off of speed density. he loaded the map and without really doing much leaning out or anything put up 30 more whp and 20more wht

I've been playing with speed density.
If you know how to play with the MAF scaling, then the speed density should be no different.

    Switching from MAF to MAP.

It is related (in theory) because you are talking about a tune... but you can do that with most things Subaru .... but it is not related because that thread is an Event thread.... which is just related to going to that event.... see the relation.

The groupn rally ecu doesn't really have much knock control. FYI .... I am runnng it and it is much much more responsive.... If you just downloaded the map and reflased it without tuning I am sure your a/f ratio had changed btw... The whole fuel map pretty much asks for 12's ect.... There is a cell that won't go away also if you run this map....
