Spirit Mt opens Saturday!!!

well totally stoked about this spirit mt in duluth a week earlier that planned, ill be there bright and early shredding tha gnar

 

have fun!!!

 

how many runs are supposed to be open?

 

my guess is only a couple, but they should have a rail or two up like they usually do.

 

Spirit focuses the bulk of their early season snowmaking on the snowcross on Thanksgiving weekend. The park usually isn't ready for a while after that.

 

I think alot of places are planning on opening this weekend. Anyone think the "back bowl" at welch is gonna be decent?
btw, I have a 4 hour pass for spirit if anyone wants to trade beer for it

 

so far i've heard only 1 run being open at spirit this weekend...i was thinking of going but i think that 1 run is going to get cramped...and i'm teaching my gf how to board and thats not the most forgiving of runs
