I know in the past you guys have gotten Jorge from P&L to come up and do a group tune.
anyone have any plans to do that this summer?

Chicago is quite a haul from me and the cities seem to be a much better alternative.

ive got some goodies going on the RSti that id like to get a pro-tune for!

    what did it cost?
    how many people were involved?

Ive had 4 tunes done by jorge over the years.
all of which ranged from 300-600.00

I've never had it done, but I think last time there was a pretty big list. Spendy I was just saying I don't have a cobb ap.

Damn it RS motors, I just sold my access port cause I didn't think you guy could tune with it!

I might have to get one again, now that Ronnie can tune with it!

There is no tuning difference between the Cobb streetuner software vs the OpenECU software. Only difference is tuner preference, and obviously, that the car owner needs an AP for the Cobb software. Both pieces of software simply manipulate the stock ECU.

However, the Cobb unit does allow the owner to have multiple maps that they can change on the fly, where the OpenECU tools would require the owner to have a cable and laptop to do the same.

thanks for all the help guys.

I prefer to use Jorge because of the history i have with him.

he is a friend of mine and I feel as if i would be "stiffing" him if i didn't use him for my tune.

i feel that loyalty means more than anything at times.
