Steering Wheel leather wraps

    I thought i will post it in here. I got a leather wrap for my miata steering wheel . I bet there are some people here who could benefit from putting one on their faded or ripped steering wheel. The place i got it was WheelSkins

    i paid 34. and its not just cover. the leather is incredible quality. it feel just as good as the leather on my subaru. You have to thread it with a thread yourself. Took me an hour and a half.

    That....... (for lack of better wording) looks like crap. It is far too loose, and its covering up the buttons.

    it's not loose at all. And after a while the leather will shrink a bit anyway. The bottoms are hard to go around because they are very far out on the spokes. If the steering wheel had thinner spokes it would have been much easier.

    that color scheme is butt ugly imo...at least the leather looks high quality.

    it looks much less red than it looks on the pic. I am going to do
    More red accents in the interior to match it. I saw some one at dctc(sp) autocross today with the same cover.

    What would a used or NOS replacement have cost you?

    That is the Rough Rider of covers - designed by menz who wished they had more vascular peenz.:laugh:
