Would there be any benefit to putting an STi cat back on my 99rs? I know I have to get the flange rotated to put it on. I want a new cat back but I dont want something super loud so I thought this might be a good thing.

yes, an sti exhaust would flow nicely on an n/a and keep a mellow tone.

It'll flow better than stock, but the muffler still isn't a straight through design...

something OTHER THAN stock would be better. some 2.25-2.5" would be perfect for a catback. I go custom on mine....

next is 3" x 28" resonator with 20"x4" 3" inlet straight cut tip.
