STi is no more...

Ok, the STi has been traded. Kind of a sad day. Only because I know I have a future of maintenance ahead of me with my new ride...even though it'll be free maint for the next 15k miles or so. New car is an 06 M3. Black on black...mmm. Just a little tint on the windows and that's about it. What a hoot to drive though...and the creature comforts are nice as well A little different than I'm used to with the STi. Not many pics yet. Ok, sorry, I couldn't help the dual M pic. Thing seems huge next to the M coupe

Congrat's bro on the new 06 M3. But after this weekend I think I have found a new track worthy car. Yesterday we touged a few BMW's including a red M3 with a old white Geo Prizm at DCTC and we somehow came out on top. Later a guy in a 06 Evo MR asked me if the Geo had modication. I responded nothing more than all season tires. LOL

I thought you guys would find this humorius. LOL Yeah Im thinking about purchasing my own Prizm and invest a few $$$ it would make a track worthy competitor. LOL I know the outcome of what would happen on a high speed track. I just thought that was very funny. You guys missed a great touge.

That thing is hot. I've contemplated trading the cobra for one a few times now.

 

I'm shooting for the May BMW event...but if I don't get some tires and brake pads by then, it'll likely be either the next MAM event or the Slowpokes event up at BIR. Ha...bring on the prism

 

You can get both at Orr's Autosport. Will you be attending the Tech Session this Thursday? I won't be able to make it but they have some really cool data aquition toys to display, tool in which BMW will be incorporating into their training as an option.

Perhaps you would be soo kind as to let me test drive your new ride in future events? LOL I had made a request to the Chief Driving Instructor that I wanted to be assigned to more advanced cars like the ZO6 which we had one this Saturday, boy where they slow.

 

You give me some good pointers for driving...and I'll let you drive it I'm not even signed up for the BMW club yet...but I'm going to get on that here pretty quick. I need to contact some of the guys I know in the club to see what they'll let me run in this year.

 

You going to the Spring event at BIR? Is anyone else going for that matter. There were 2 or 3 subaru's there last year.
