Sti plug gap ?

    I installed a set of 1 step colder plugs on my Sti (ngk iridium LFR7AIX ) does anyone know if they come pre gapped or do they have to be gapped. I thought I heard somewhere that they come pre gapped.

    Gap them yourself just to be safe....

    do you happen to know what the gap should be, is .028 right?
