STI suspension

    have stock sti struts, springs, top hats for a 2006 sti. $350. only about 30k on them. thought they would work with my 02 wrx but they dont fit.

    I think it's different where the bolt to the hub.

    05+ sti suspension will only work on sti's unless you swap hubs

    ^or weld the holes and redrill where they bolt to the hub

    you dont bolt your suspension to the hubs.... the struts bolt to the knuckles.. the hub is what the bearings are in.

    whatever, the point is you can weld and redrill those mounting holes haha

    Except it's all one piece, so the hub in turn can be called the knuckle. I bet you call the rear quarter panels on your car rear fenders too. :p

    Youd have to cut the entire clevis joint/lower mount part off the strut and reweld a new one on. The 5x114 knuckles are wider than the 5x100s.

    The springs and top hats (and all the other mounting hardware) is less specific to body style and trim level, so you might have a better chance of separating and parting out.

    And by the time you waste your time and money trying to get stock STi suspension to fit on your WRX...you'd be better off just buying tokico dspecs :)
