If I get myself a 16G along with injectors and fuel pump, could I still use the stock intercooler? If not how much should I expect to pay for one off of an STi?

Well, the 16g that Steve has was sucking the inlet pipe in on its self. You will definitly want to upgrade the ic. You want to make sure that the ic can flow around the same cfm as the turbo. The stock ic with the stock turbo is a perfect match. You try to push more air through it, and your post ic temps go through the roof (cuz the ic can't keep up). I would plan on getting a good tmic and call it a day. With a good tmic, proper injectors and tune, you should be around that 275 mark.

You can always do the ebay TMIC but if you have the money and spend a little time you can usually find a good deal on one in the used nasioc section.

I am in the process of getting hosed by an ebay seller for a TMIC. If you do get the cheap one off ebay, make sure you get it from SSAutochrome. If your interested, I can get you the exact seller that sucks.
