If by "damn near" you mean "it's in the same color spectrum, but about as close as Boston is to Seattle" then yes, it's damn near the same. On second look, it's not pink...It's more of a lovely shade of magenta ;)

I thought the red-tinted Altezzas looked pretty good... I mean, compared to OTHER Altezzas. But the stock tails are mighty fine too.

My vote for next mod: body-colored wheels.
They're already semi-sporty and a nice change of pace from the usual 5- and 6-spokers, but they just don't look like they... "belong"?

P.S. I have some leftover gummy-tar-strip stuff if you didn't get a good seal when you did the tail swap.

Ooooooh, someone gets owned. And yeah Eriks car is red! Not Pink or Purple, or Magenta! I'm sure as a parts guy you have seen other cars in that identical color, and you would know its not anything but RED! As for the car, it looks like it should....Good job Erik!!

Almost, but not quite. Take the picture of your car in bright sunlight and compare it to that sedona red pic in sunlight. I can take a picture of my car on a cloudy day and it's blood red. Let's go apples to apples, shall we? Clouds can make all the difference in a car color.

Anyways, you're all wrong. Neither of those are "red" except in the sense that "well, they ain't any other primary or secondary color".

    "burgundy"... "wine"... "cranberry"... "maroon"...
Those would all be pretty close approximations.

But "red" is what they use on fire trucks and Ferraris. That ^^^ ain't "red".
(And it sure ain't "pink", either; why would anyone try to make that stretch??)
