Why cant people get jobs and work hard, then they would'nt need to steal other peoples hard earned cars. I guess its a down side of having a nice car, sad as it is. I heard 05 and up STi and 07 WRX and Impreza's are hard to steal because of the chips in the keys. I like to think if I caught someone trying to steal my car I would beat them almost to death, maybe not. It pisses me off just to think about the kind of people that steal cars.
05+ have immobilizers, they can't start the car without the key (the key has the chip in it), but it doesn't mean, they can't steal it, there is always a way around it lol

iirc didnt both vic and theo had aftermarket alarms. they both still got broken into or stolen...alarms aren't enough now a days.
good point... I got an email once about a 7 yr old boy in india that got caught stealing a loaf of bread, so they had his arm strapped over a block and a crowd around as they drove the car over his arm and mangled it for punishment... a 7yr old starving kid... cultures like that breed that sort of crap.. eat the damn sacred cows so your kids dont starve...
