I have a Stromung Dual Tip cat back exhaust for sale. Bought it used, never got around to installing it.

In good condition. Will post pictures Saturday. I'm in Saint Paul so metro area buyers preferred but I can be somewhat flexible if need be.

    Asking $350.

(Sorry mods if any of this is wrong, first time posting in buying/selling)

Is this a loud exhaust or relatively quiet? Any idea how it compares to the Borla Hush or Maddad whisper? Im looking for a dual tip exhaust that isn't crazy loud, that doesn't drone on hwy, yet has the boxer rumble still. Thanks.

It was made to fit 99-05 Imprezas with the 2.5, and with a 3-4 inch extension it could fit on a Forester.

For sound, it's supposed to add a nice low rumble, nothing high pitched or whiny. I've seen most people combind this with Borla headers and have a really nice end result. I just don't have the time/space to do anything extra with my car. I bought it originally because it was supposed to be a good balance of lower speed rumble without annoying highway drone. Here's a couple YouTube videos of what you could expect.

I'm out of town for the weekend but I'll be adding pictures. I can text some to you if you message me.

You have an 04 Impreza @Cotts612. Based off of the model years listed...it will fit.

I thought maybe the exhaust was a little different from the impreza model to wrx, seeing how most parts for wrxs are 02-07, not 99-05. Awesome if it does fit though!

It should only be different if it was a wagon instead of sedan.

All Impreza sedans should work tho!(catback obviously...not turbo back) there is a difference between NA and turbo models.

Yeah, that's what I thought. So OP, is this for a Impreza sedan or wagon?

I bought it with the plan to put it on my Forester, which was going to need an extension made anyway. Honestly I can't say for sure if it was originally for a sedan or wagon, and the Stromung website doesn't seem to differentiate.

If you had this on an RS, this is an exhaust for an NA car and will not fit a TURBROED car.

NA Catalytic converters are shorter than a turbo'd downpipes. Additionally, the bolts are on another plane (rotated) on NA cars.

This should be able to fit a GC8 RS/OBS, GD RS/TS/OBS, SG5/9 Forester with little to no modification and possibly a SF Forester with little to no modification.

    Thank you sir.

I also was emailed by someone from Stromung today and they confirmed it will fit both sedan and wagon.

Anybody want to make their 2.5 RS sound better? This would be a great option.
