my wife now points out every WRX or STi she sees. I was proud when she took the WRX up to Grand Marais last weekend and mentioned that she saw an STi up there.

I got her on that after making fun of her for obsessively pointing out every mini cooper we have ever driven by.

Last night on Family Guy, Peter (the father) took Meg (his daughter) to Wilkins Hyundai and Subaru dealership to get a car and ended up getting a Tank. And she wanted the 96 sedan. Blah! I'll take the Tank, it's safer!

I do not get much push back from my wife. We swapped cars one day because I needed the station wagon to haul something. So she also took her friends at work out lunch and sort of crusied around. So she now calls the car "Hot Wheels". She likes the acceleration going down an entrance ramp to the freeway. Now if I can just leverage that to "how about a few mods Honey?" There is danger, she may want to drive "Hot Wheels" all the time!
