this sucked. went to turn around and all of the sudden it just sunk. took 2 wreckers to pull it out. the this cop pulled up an was trying to tell me that i must have gone in on the side of the road over this: i was like look at the tire tracks mine are at least an inch wider than those, plus if i had gone over that my bumper would have been ripped off. then he told me just to stay out of there and left.
WHere was that?? I kinda wanna see if the STi can make it through that!!! Plus it needs a good mud bath before i take it to matt!!!:biggrin:
You give your car a mud bath before you bring it to me, would bet you will get a mud bath before you get it back.
yup seems to be fine. the bumper got a little scratched from the wrecker cable, but thats about it. im gonna put it up on the rack at work and hose off the undercarriage tomorrow.
dang, that sucks, at least its okay! Cops up there are kinda mean...=/ have fun cleaning it tomorrow, make it purty.
AHHH HAHAHA!!!! Im sure i will probably go get it washed before i drop it off. and NO bikerboy, i DONT wanna be washed before i get my car back. hahahhahahahahahaha god im funny. So back to the topic at hand. Once the wreckers got it out of the pit were you able to just drive it away??
your lucky you didn't get in a LOT of trouble. Getting caught in construction sites is usually a pretty bad thing.
wow you just kinda sank... i think yous hould hav tried hard to get out on your own, your car looks pretty clean.... I am amazed at how much you sank into that stuff. i wanna play... friday i went into some mud, it looked rather dry. for i second i didnt think i was going to get out. i was just spinning and slowly moving forward but i made it, and now i want to go back for more ;-)
god I hate mud! some slippery stuff for drifting is fun, but as soon as it gets some depth to it, everything hits the fan!
hmmm, I like mud, but I'd never do that to my car. that's all I used to do with my old truck. "Mud everyday keeps the doctor away" used to be my moto.
yea there was no chance of getting it out on my own. my motherinlaw has an old CJ-7 with a 6inch lift and she couldnt pull it out. the wheels wernt touching the bottom of the mud, the under carraige was just sitting on top of it. and yes, i drove it away... directly to a carwash with a pressure washer. and believe me max, if i had thought that it wasnt solid i would not have gone in there.. it was wierd, all around it was solid enough to walk on, and about 2 feet back i was just fine, but the it was like quick sand
