1992 Subaru SVX AWD:boink: , it is the LS-L model with every option including the touring package, and rear spoiler. The car is Pearl White with an Ebony Black top. The car has limited editon Konig summer edtion rims, they are 16in rims and have all season tires on them now. the car also has the very desirable 97 grill, as well as the 97 intake. It has brand new Bosch O2 cernsors, It has a brand new front right drive axle, as well as new bearings on that inner section. the car currently has 118k miles on it, I am told about 100,000 of them are highway miles. There is a brand new 4EAT tranny in there that has less than 10,000 miles on it. the car is very clean and has only a few little dents and a few scrapes. only a few little spots show any surface rust. with that said here is a little bit about the SVX. The one off boxer6 in this car is a 3.3l horzontally opposed 6, it is NA, and puts out 230hp and 230lbs of torque. the car runs very well, however it has been brought to my attention that the car needs a resonator in the exhaust and the computer cleared, the previous owner for some reason put a straight pipe in so the Check Engine light comes on and off, but I checked the codes and the forum and they said thats what needs to be done. Subaru produced SVXs from 1992 through 1997 (about 14,000 of these were imported to the United States). On the downside...because of its rarity, parts are relatively expensive. And every car has its own set of predictable problems. The SVX has three main faults: transmission failure, wheel bearing failure, and warped rotors. The rotor problems are caused by the sheer weight of the SVX--3,600 pounds(dry). Subaru had never made such a heavy car and did not equip them with rotors to match. The transmission and wheel bearings fail prematurely but corrections can be made to extend their life. with that said, here are a few pic links so yeah, theres teh car, I can post more pics apon request. here is what the vin tag says: JF1 CX357 NH105484 so there is the car, I am looking to get 5k obo for it, there have been 3 others on carsoup, autotrader, and one other site that have sold with in a few month period with more miles and with no mods or replaced parts(ie. tranny, yikes!) and they were selling for 5500 so yeah, I am open to offers. I want to, I am even still buying the turbos hopefully, its starting to look like I might be able to keep the car and continue on like I had origonally wanted to... paintball stuffs selling so I can afford some parts, and I just made some quick cash so I have some gas money and extra! woot! thats kind of why I was letting this die off again. You guys must hate me for that.
