well just order the cold air intake and the stage1 chip. alos getting stage 2 but need a nissan z32 mass air flow meter and then can go to stage 2. has anyone done any of this before to there svx's?

i thought you were 2 you know how things go i still porbaly will but for the time i need this to go faster. im use to driving dsm's and had way to much money into it. so driving this trud, i need to make it a little faster.
actually right now i think i am going to buy a another eg33 forged internals 2.5 rods to lower the comperssion and go single turbo. i found an engine for 800 i can rebuild my self send in for machine work. lets just see if we can get to the mid 300s for hp i have a t3t4 turbo and i am also doing the 5speed conversion. maybe change my sig for 1992 bone stock to fastest svx in mn.
hey dream do you know if you can do anything to bore out the intake and throttle bodies i need more bottom end power im sick of racing hondas and waiting till i get to second gear to pull away. this thing is such a slug out of the whole.
have you already done some massive weight reduction? There's some kid in my hometown (fargo/moorhead) That did the 5speed conversion + small mods Chip/intake/exhaust, then cut everything out that he could, including switch to custom lexan upper and rear windows (these got little expensive), took his car from the 3600+/- curb weight to like 2460lbs. made a world of difference out of the hole and it pulls on hondas from "GO" :biggrin: supprised the hell out of me
i do use my car as a daily driver and dont think i am going to take rear seats out windows, carpet but i am going to start with the bolt ons and build a new eg33 so at that point the extra weight will be okay. but also when he switched to a 5 speed thats also helping him get out of the whole because way shorter first gear. have a 1st gear that pulls to like 45mph sucks.

Until he gives you money, he owes you nothing. Sellers beware? What, did he stiff you out of anything? Did he cheat you out of something...as far as I can tell here, you still have your car, and he still has his money. Nothing changed hands. Great thing about being a human is the ability to change your mind whenever you feel like it. No contract signed, no deal. Ever heard the saying "Don't count your chickens till they hatch"? Second, why is it your concern what he does with his money? If he wants to drill himself into debt, let him. You think by calling him out in a forum you are going to 'guilt trip' him into buying your car? "Aww man, he's right, I'm a fool...I should sell my SVX and buy his car to make him feel better." WRONG. You are wasting your time. And ours. And what car were you selling? Rory might have gotten a better deal on the SVX. You never know. If I found a better deal on a car, I'd buy it where I got the best deal...not at the first place just because I talked to them first. He owes you nothing, so stop whining and move on.
