so a while back i bought a set of cobb sways and installed them but in the process we noticed the cobb brackets wouldn't fit so i reused the stock ones. Now i've been reading up on suspension info and was wondering if those brackets would have been important to put on? would not putting those brackets on have held back the performance of the bar or would it not matter? sorry for the ramble its just one of those small details that have been bothering me lately... any info would help. thanks
No they don't matter and don't affect performance at all. Since you have an '04 you don't have to worry about the stock ones breaking.
