Car is a 95 L awd wagon. No tail lights and dash lights. ALL other lights work AND the tail lights will light up when you turn on the parking light switch on top of the steering column. Fuses are good. Switch? Relay? Car is my father in laws in Detroit Lakes and thus I am trying to prepare for when I see him in a couple of weeks and I will need to fix this. thanks

The answer was...relay on top of the footwell fusebox! There are 3 of them there and the middle one is for the tail lights.
