Thank You All

Hey Everyone..

First I wanted to thank you all very much for all your help and support with my Subaru addication...You guys have been very helpful through out the years...

Now as many of you know I totaled my 02 WRX, even though I bought it back with ideas of Swaping it into an GC...Unfourtantlly I could not due to the cost and time it would take...And for the fact that I am a student and won't be done for another 2 years...

But ONCE I am done...I will either purches an 08 WRX or 04 STi...But thats in two years...

So for now I am happy to announce the new owner of the 02 SRP WRX is Mr.Boracus (Ryan)..He is a new member on this fourm...I am sure he will post here, and u guys could ask him what are his plans for the car...

Not to hijack MOH's thread but I figured I'd just post here rather than make a new one.

First off, sorry to all who were hoping on a part out of his WRX but once I went and took a look at it I knew I had to buy it.

Thanks to MOH for being easy to deal with and completely honest about the car. Before you came back from class last night I set the alarm off when trying to close the hood, your family didn't come out to chase me away though.

My plans on it right now are to fix it up and get it looking good again. I have a friend who runs a paint shop and will paint it for next to nothing for me. Its gonna stay red as I know there aren't enough red wrxs around out there!

I am currently located in Mountain Lake Minnesota (Southwest corner of the state) but will be in the cities frequently and moving back up this fall to teach. My brother owns an 07 wrx and lives near uptown so hopefully we can make it to a Tuesday night meet a time or two.

I got it home with it last night, took the fender and the drivers side rear door off today. Anyone got any tips for taking the drivers side front door off? I cant figure out how to unlatch it, I took off the hinges but it still won't budge. Other than that its got a date at the frame shop next Monday so I have until then to get it ready to go and find replacement doors for it. If anyone knows where I can get doors and a fender let me know please! I have a couple of leads but no complete solution as of now.

I'll try to post some pictures and post em' as I go along.

Other than that looking forward to getting to know everyone.
