Rolston, demetria, voros, fedoruk gone(ok technicly demetria isn't...yet) Sounds like they may look to trade bouchard also. I'm pretty uneasy about them letting Rolston go and disappointed that they didn't sign voros as well, while not an outstanding player I think he had potential and always seemed to play 100%. Cool they got brunette back but I think we lost a lot of good players in the mean time.
Voros was WAY WAY WAY too much money. If he finished off the rest of the year like he started, maybe, but with everything said and done, he was not worth the 1+ mill a year he got. I would have paid the 3 year 3.1 mil to Fedoruk way before Voros. Given, Fedoruk was 1 hit away from his own special telethon, but he worked hard and didn't go out and take stupid penalties and use his head as a punching bag like Voros. Whoo hoo, select a seat next week. Hopefully will be able to move down a few more rows. Russ
We gave up our seats with the crazy lady (111 row 7) and are just going full time with our other set (108 row 20). Russ
Rolston wanted more $$ than we could deliver. I'm glad he was able to sign with a team that will pay what he deserves.

We're gonna try to go to a Wild v Sharks game later this year when we visit my sister in SF. Won't make up for our cancelled Vancouver trip, but should be fun anyway. San Jose is in Nor Cal and we know enough to beat the Wild like 6 times in a row now. :laugh: You would be surprised how big hockey is out there. Who else plays hockey on here? we need to get an mnsubaru team together.
I am just looking to start some trash talking with the other team, but I am with WoTV on this one. I do have to admit, the Sharks play a damn good game. I am also one of those hockey fans that gets center ice, has had season tickets since day one, has gone on a couple of wild road trips, and couldn't stand on skates to save my life.:laugh: I used to play boot/street hockey all day when I was little, but the parents didn't want to spend the cash when I was little. Then it was just one of those drift away things till we got another team, and I have been following the Wild since excel was just a big hole in the ground. Russ
I'd probably be down for the mnsubaru team. I played from termites through bantams (10 years) but had to quit after that due to living in a small town and not having a highschool team.
