if it occurs when near or at lock, then possible a missing CV boot, which would mean either an axle rebuild, or a new axle. But its just one of many possibilities i'm sure.

Well, it only occurs when I'm turning at about 10-15mph and turning while reversing. What can I do to figure it out? Jack it up?

This happened to me too, turns out it was a loose nut on the tie rod. It would only thump when I was going slow, turning. Easy fix if it is that.
