recently, there is a ticking noise coming from somewhere(possibly somwhere on the brakes)...lol and stays there in all speeds and seems to tick faster as i go faster, but when i press on the brakes it goes away. just changed both front and rear pads(+ rotors for rears) and the noise is still there. some help diagnose this plz! its getting really annoying now!..

check backing plates, make sure they aren't rubbing on the rotor. it helps if u drive by a buddy so u can pinpont what wheel its coming from. then check for anything in that area that would make any contact and make a noise as the wheel rotates

hmmm... so the noise was there before u did the brakes?
u can also try lifting up the car and spinning the tire so u can be under there and try to see whats making the noise... thats all i can really tell ya w/o seeing the car

    no...
heads wouldnt tick with the speed of the car, they would tick with the speed of the motor
im betting its something in the axle/brake/wheel area
