    I highly doubt that in that video the train is going that fast cause there is no way he could have stood up like that. It would have took him away like a sail.

    did you not see he was strapped on with a huge professional suction cup... not to mention that bandana was aerodynamic, and I am sure he was inside the slipstream of the train....

    either way it was fast
