Trans Seal??

    Would anyone happen to know the cost of a new trans seal for a 95 legacy. I pulled in the drive way and could smell it, when i get it up in the air i can see it leaking from the seal.. Could it or would it maybe be from this cold weather or would you just say the seal is shot??

    Would you have to remove the trans or just the drive shaft for that seal?? Im curious about the labor i belive the seal is only around 16-17 dollars but its the labor i think?....

    Anyone have any info on the seal yet?? I would like to get this thing figured out before i have to go back to school! Sucks cause ill be taken the soccer van back lol!!

    you will have to remove the driveshaft, i can get you a part number to take to your local dealer on monday

    Ok ya i just brought the car to R&G in Detroit Lakes that would be great if you could get me the part number. So you say for sure that the trans doesnt need to be removed to replace that seal??
