turbo timer

    anyone know what color the plugs are for the turbo timer harness to plug into under the steering column? is it the blue one? also i have an 03 wrx if that helps

    I tried this once, never figured it out. Then realized that I don't need one. I don't know anyone on here with one.

    Yep, finding someone in the Subaru world with a turbo timer is tough as they really aren't needed for our cars.

    I have on in my RS but thats cause my turbo is only oil cooled. I used the HKS harness, its plug and play, so you can't plug them into the wrong plug.

    well i found the right plug and on the wrx its blue for FYI, i know we dont really need it on the suby but i couldnt pass up a good deal and i just wanted one for the hell of it.

    my cousin in the dsm family told me to get one...but later i found out i don't need it...but i still have it in my car anyway...

    yea I have a turbo timer its the blue plug. Why wouldnt you need one redimix.....its always a good idea to idle to cool the turbo......

    Yup that. And if you want to hear it in action, you can listen to my car after shut off next time I'm at Firestone. It gurgles and slurps for a solid minute or two after the car shuts off. Saves you 100 bucks or more on a turbo timer.
