Hey I'm looking at buying a bigger turbo for my 02 REX. What is a good pick. Also what else would I have to buy to run that turbo in my car and what would it cost to get it. All I have right now is a borla hush exhaust and a K&N drop in filter.

    Thanks Evan

Have you touched the suspenion at all in your rex? If not I would strongly erge you to deal with that first cause if you arn't gonna be able to use all that power unless you got something good under it. Also I would encourage you to pick either a UTEC or AP before you begin to look at turbos cause depending on which you pick you can do more or less with it. IMO, I think you should look into doing other things before you start looking at a bigger turbo and HP. I just picked up a AP for my 4EAT and I can't believe the kind of power I got now just with altering a few little things that it does. All im saying is that you should look into other things before a turbo if those two mods are all that you got

If my car is sold to Mushashi within the next couple of weeks, I may have a VF30 turbo, Sti pink 565cc fuel injectors, APS V2 TMIC, APS BOV, Samco hoses, and an ECUtek reflashed ECU for the VF30 available. (Maybe even a MRT uppipe & downpipe)

If you're interested, let me know. :)

If you are going bigger turbo, you'll need bigger injectors (the 550cc pinks will suffice, but ideally you want slightly bigger, 600's minimum), fuel pump, turboback exhaust, and engine management.

what are your goals and main uses of the car, wanna go all out drag machine, auto x, or just a fast ass everyday driver?

For autox i'd say wome twin scroll setup or smallish ball bearing
For dragging, i'd say something in the 20g Series.. My Fav turbo FP Green.
everyday go a vf series, relatively cheap.

Get Engine management, injectors, a fuel pump would be minmum... you already have the exhaust, bigger IC will be needed for maximum gains. First thing would be an uppipe that is catless and a downpipe at the least.
