Anyone here ever use SunFire V100 equipment with Linux? I'm trying to put together a bulletin board (probably using LAMP and PHPbb). Anyone done this? Anyone done this on SUN equipment?

Burn the sparc cd, choose install lamp server, seems pretty easy?

Not sure if you are guessing.. but the v100 doesn't have keyboard, mouse, or video. It's all done through serial cable. It's not exactly your self install. I get it installed (seemingly fine) and upon the reboot, it won't boot. Says file is not executable or something.

I was guessing... really have never dealt with sun hardware. Seems like it really isn't much fun based on the first page of this: http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=146

I'm burning it right now. I guess it's my only real option at this point.
