Unclaimed Property

    Came across this website that allows you to search for people who have "unclaimed property". Basically, it's money that is rightfully yours but got caught up in the system somehow.

    http://www.state.mn.us/portal/mn/jsp/content.do?id=-536881373&agency=Commerce (follow the link and click on "list of names")

    My buddy's name was on there as being owed over $100. It doesn't give an exact amount, but I just e-mailed him about. I wonder how much he'll actually get?

    *This is legit. It's a MN Department of Commerce website.

    Over a hundred for my grandfather that passed away in 02, I made a claim for it.

    I found a family member that is MISSING MONEY! One says over 100 and another says under 100. THANKS!

    Several family members including my dad and grandpa have claims for over 100. I just might email them about it.
