uppipe fitment

    i was wondering if the uppipe i'm getting would fit my stock downpipe
    tsudo uppipe specs 3" all the way.

    yes... because htey are 2 different areas... the only thing they both do the same besides exhaust is mount to the turbo... most aftermarket pipes will fit no probs if you take your time to do it...

    3" uppipe?

    Bigger isn't better in the case of an uppipe. ;)

    Yeah, and the up-pipe is way more work than a down-pipe or TBE. If you are going to swap the up-pipe, best to make a weekend out of it and do both.

    I also suggest buying new studs or using bolts as it's cheaper than the frustration of extracting the old ones from the uppipe's turbine side.

    ....or you could just get a Crucial pipe that comes with studs. ;)

    You have a Crucial pipe too?? I do as well. yay for thermal coating! I didn't use my studs, I actually used bolts which seemed a bit easier to work with.
