Anyone around the southside that could give me a hand tonight with finishing my up-pipe? All the nuts are already removed except for the very front one. I need help with the jacking up the motor part. I can pay in beer or pizza. If anyone can lend a hand shoot me a pm. I would guess this wouldn't take more than a half hour. Thanks guys.

I just need someone to help me jack up the engine. I've never undone a motor mount and jacked it up before. I don't feel comfortable doing it and am hoping to find someone that has done this before. I have a jack and tools and everything necessary to do it.

if you really need help i might eb able to help ya. i have taken off motor mounts before and jacked up my motor. its incredibly easy. you remove the 2 nuts on each motor mount, put the jack under the motor (w/ somethign to prevent oil pan death) and let er rip. to re assemble use reverse process. it make take some persuading to make the mount bolts line back up with the holes int eh x-member.

Its good to know i'm not the only person thats endured the pain and suffering of removing an exhaust manifold with no cuts in the heatshield.

^^^ That stinks. Mine is a socket, and it has just enough room to get in there with an extension. makes it easy.

If for whatever reason you need to borrow it just let me know

o2 sensor is rock n roll and with the cut heat shields should be a piece of cake to put back on.
