    Looking to sell my arp head studs. These were used for 10k miles and came off my '04 sti. Looking to get $100. Will have pictures up tomorrow.

    I thought that Arps were not useable more than once. Or at least thats what i was told.

    It isn't that it is fine using them once, twice or whatever. If you torque them and they feel spongy then the threads are stretched. And there is no "x amount of miles and they are fine" or "x amount of uses and they are fine." If they don't torque properly, they aren't fine.

    As long as you torque them to specs, they should be fine. These don't stretch like the oem ones.
