You are better off ditching the utec and buy a tactrix cable. What year make and model?

Auto?? Manual?? What turbo?? What supporting mods?? I have a whole bunch of utec maps sitting around, thing is, every car is different and since the only 2 usefull items you have posted so far (02 wrx and 750 injectors) don't get you very far, you can't expect much back.

The utec was a good part 'back in the day', but if you have the chance, sell it off and get yourself a tactrix cable.

lol, sure, someone just happens to have that map just sitting around. My advice would be that you ask your tuner for a limp-map.

And yeah, get rid of the utec.
