Hey, I'm looking for somebody willing to help me with my Utec. I am going to try and learn how to do the simple tuning myself and would like somebody who knows wtf they are doing to get started and give me basic instruction i guess.

I have it installed, need to figure out boost now.

You have a standalone and don't know how to tune?

Utec is not exactly a standalone but yes. I planned to run on the TXS maps for a short time while I started to figure how, where and what to adjust. I think I may do the TPS and MAP calibration today. gotta start some place.

BTW I have it physically installed but bypass the utec while not tuning right now.

Well, if you are running the stock air box, you will not have to calibrate the MAP sensor. Also, for TPS, usually you make the max 3.9 instead of 4.0 so you can get over 100% throttle. The biggest thing is that the utec doesn't use target AFR's like the flashes do, so to tune it, you will definitly need a wbo2. If you need any help, just let me know.

Thanks Russ, I most definitely will. I think I set the TPS max to 3.8 which put me @ 102% for WOT. Not sure about the MAP, I have a CAI so it probably wouldn't hurt.

I do still need an wbo2 so if anybody knows of anybody who has one for cheap lmk.
