After hearing the positive reviews about the scarey inexpensive ERZ exhaust on ebay, I decided to purchase a turbo back setup for myself. The seller just emailed me and told me the exhaust wouldn't work on my wagon.

I was almost 100% sure that exhaust was not specific to wagons and sedans. Please confirm my thoughts and relieve my frustration towards the seller. Thanks.

    <--- wagon owner, here

I have a TurboXS TBE, and it fits just fine.

About the only thing I would ever have to worry about regarding WRX exhausts is the transmission type. I'm not sure about clearances and mounting brackets between the two.

Those are the same assumptions I had! I new about the transmission deal and assumed the rest was the same.

Think I should just tell him to send it to me anyways? I know that is a SUPER risky thing to do, but I don't know if the guy that emailed me knew what I was talking about. He wrote some bass-ackwards fragmented sentence to me about it.

I always love it when you ask a question and the response by the seller is something like, "exhaust fit not on, wagon" You would think they could at least write a complete full sentence. Obviously image and costumer interaction are not high on their list of priorities.

Anybody have a wagon with the ERZ? That would be a huge confirmation of our beliefs.

I called up Morrie's Subaru and asked them to pull the exhaust numbers. As I suspected, they are the exact same from the turbo back for the sedan and wagon.

One ebay guy told me that they needed different length exhaust. MAN! why can't people just be normal moderately intelligent humans that sell stuff on ebay. I wish that stuff wasn't so cheap, I'd buy something else.
