was your water not drinkable before??? or just not able to keep up? I know we have saved money living in the house and being able to drink the tap water vs buying water
both... we are on well water.. it turns everything brown/red/orange... and stinks... not to mention we were using 4 bags every other week of salt ($30) as that single system to recharge would flush the crap out the drain and recharge, the new system reuses the previous cycle to regenerate teh new, hence 2 tanks, and doesnt piss all our water and money and salt out the drain... and yes.. we added a water filtration system... they installed it with 2 bags of salt and a month later still had 3/4 of it... so already it is paying for itself just in salt costs... to buy I think it would have been $4K+ for all of it installed... we are renting to buy... now all we need is to service the well itself to clean out whatever dead sh*t is in there that caused the rotten egg smell when you turn on the tap... but anyways... anyone need an upgrade??? replacement??
