    The names Corey.
Looks to me that you guys are all into the very very new stuff, or somewhat new (i.e. ten years old). I'm new here, new to subies, but I'm in love with my subie that I've had for just under a year. It may not be up too par with your guys' awesome rides.... it's really just a toy beater for me, but I'll keep it around for the remainder of its life.

I wont keep you guys guessing any longer.

Its a 1992 Legacy Sport. Turbo, AWD, the works. She actually is coming up on a huge milestone here pretty quick. 200k!

As far as I can tell, she is still 100% stock. Not many new parts. Probably 200k on everything but plugs and wires, when I got it. Oh, and welded a cannon on cause the muffler was shot. A hitch to pull trailers. Did a Upull fender on the passenger side, but now that side looks way better than the driver side.

Just picked up a header and forester suspension to put on it. If anyone has anything they could donate or sell for cheap to me, I'd entertain that. I bought her for $300 on craigslist as I was in the process of selling my 96 tsi awd, and never looked back. All it needed was coolant added and purged.

Have a ton of stuff planned, even though it is just a rusty beater.

She loves cyclones, deep snow and drifting.

    And this. Dirty and Climbing.

Think its hard... try finding anything for a Suby nearly a decade older. I bet your lug pattern isn't something ridiculous like 4x140... YES, I said 4x140 with 13"s. Lol. ;)

Nah. We are both drivin and lovin our Subies so we both win. ;) FYI, the GL Wagon, or as I like to call her, the G-Wagon is also dual range 4wd instead of AWD. :bounce:

HA. Could... maybe. 80's Subes had 2wd and dual range 4wd. They are slow as snails but they have pretty amazing torque for 4 cylinders. Hence, they are usually found lifted with massive mud tires, safari racks, etc

Welcome. My son has a 92 Legacy that we did a 94 JDM EJ20G swap into. His is NOT the SS model, so there was a lot of head aches and wiring involved.

Plenty of older models running around here. Just have alot more active members in the 2002-2013 range. Also, the other guy(Josh) that posted the SS for sale, also has a WRX and a BRZ.;) Chux has an XT. I think Todd has a 360. Lots of different model years running around here!

I have a hybrid bugeye and a GC RS with an SVX swap.

You think you have it bad, I can't even find parts for my car at a Subaru dealership.

Of course, I drive a Ford which might have something to do with that.

If you ever do decide to get rid of yours though I do want it. Those older Subarus are a ton of fun.

Ford parts at a Subaru dealership. :bounce: ****, I can't find my Subaru parts at a Subaru dealership. I called morries about something... oh A MUFFLER. The parts department all but laughed at me... actually, I think they laughed under their breath a little... It was, "ah, no man, sorry I can't help you with anything that old." LOL

    Sorry, I meant Japheth's GL wagon :)

Welcome to the board, though. Those Legacy SS models are rare to find unmolested at this point. I like the idea of the Forester suspension on it!

You'd be better off with an aftermarket anyway. You'd be buying a metal part that's been sitting for 30 years or so if you bought an OEM.

Hehe. I figured. I'm pretty sure if it were up to Yusef's wife she would have offered to trade a black forester xt for the G-Wagon. Not gonna lie... I might have considered that trade. ;) Other than that I will probably drive her till she dies... and then do a EJ22 swap.

I always thought my brother (tangledupinblu) was crazy when he was doing an apartment search... the list of importance was: garage first... then apartment. Then I bought a Subaru... now I get it.
