all this waiting for my car to get done has left me alot of thinking time. So i might have come to decision. I am going to put my car back to stock, for the most part, sell all my parts that i have not even been able to put on my car. Then go buy a new R6... I am not sure if i am going to sell the wrx or not but i might just sell it and start over when i am done with college. I have a winter grand prix that i will be driving in the mean time. So if anyone is looking for some parts that i have, they might be for sale soon. Oh and if you want a TD06 20G from slowboy i will not cancel my order. That way you will not have to wait 5 month to get a turbo... So thats my plan for now, but things change...I will know for sure once i get my car back. Which will probly not happen anytime soon Evan
that sucks evan, i was really looking forward to seeing your car around town. The R6 is a fun bike youll have fun with it, i hated to sell mine last year, but thats life. Ill hit you up i might want some of those parts.
bikes are sweet, but its not a reason to get rid of your car, oh well, lets go riding! just dont get the 06 r6...its freaking hideous
I bet when the car is done and the turbo shows up (if it ever does) you keep the car and dont get a bike.
those yamahas a amazing bikes! what kinda parts are we talking bout here, i might be interested in something. any chance at a ECU or wiring harness? lol
+eleventybillion I may be getting another bike soonish... depends on whether or not the fiancee will kill me for being two people owning 7 vehicles... r1 is the top choice, athough might actually go for a 90's yzf 600. I used to think those were so awesome when i was in HS
Have you owned and ridden a motorcycle extensively before? I've ridden for the last 7 years I'm not really sure I'd want an R1, seriously those bikes make mega power, and personally I don't think I want to ride something that quick on the streets, not to mention how fun is a R1 a legal speeds??? I know I wouldn't enjoy one less I was doing double the speed limit. I'm not sure I'll own another race bike, for me it's not fun unless your doing the arrest me and take my license away speeds. At anything, what I'm trying to say the R6 is still way more than you'll ever need on the street, and plenty capable at the track. Me currently I'm bike less, and I'm going to one of two ways, either a super motard, or a goldwing. Either I'm going to ride fast and hard on the dirt, and still be street legal, or I'm just going to sit back with the cruise control on, radio cranked, taking sweepers and twisties and a more leisurely pace.
