I've got a set of cheap 18" wheels that have a crappy paint job. The 5 spokes are black with a polished silver lip. The black is prone to scratches, and the suraface of the polished lip is getting worn. Could I have somebody blast the wheels and repaint with something more durable? I want to loose the polished lip and go all black or gray. Powdercoat? Other durable finish options? What does it cost to have tires unmounted, remounted and balanced?
