What will the affects of wheel spacers have on my suspenion and aggressive driving?

typically the thicker the spacer you go with the faster it will wear out your bearings. Aggressive driving will accelerate wear as well, so you really aren't that much worse off. It's the same effect as running a lower offset wheel.

WRX or STI? If it's an STI you won't need to worry about the bearings as much.

Yea, it's an STi. I'm just debating on running more aggressive offset wheels or saving some dough and using spacers for the stock wheels for the more aggressive look.

you can't go very thick on the stock studs. maybe 8mm max. that won't even look terribly noticeable on stock wheels. to get the stock wheels out flush you'd need to buy extended studs and thick hubcentric spacers. in the end it is safer, easier and about the same cost just to get wheels in the size you desire
