So while I can get teh MaD tY73 JaY dEe eMM wheels in a ready supply I am needing some guidance and advice in the choice of offsets. I know there are a million threads out there, but most seem to lack the evidence for those of us with wagons.

So here is what I am looking at right now........

    17x7.5 +45

I am wondering how much fender roll, if any, I would need to do make happen to keep them from rubbing with about a 1" drop from stock and 215/45's

First of all - tell the old lady they are hot. Like her. Then make romantic explosion on her belly. She'll agree to blue rimz.

Secondly, like 2.5~rs said, you shouldn't have issues (other than marital!).

    +1 for romantic belly explosion

Wouldn't the 17x7.5 fit the bugeye without fender roll?

even the time attacks are nasty... Tom "Sidebrake" had them on his white MR2. 3-spokes are just not my thing.

Both of those choices look good to me. I like the top more, they're weld racing, right? I'm not sure, but those look best.

To be honest, I don't think you will need a fender roll for 17x7.5 in a +45. Especially not with 215's. Even on a wagon, those will not rub.

I have a feeling the top ones are the money shot. They are Wed's Racing, but you were close. I will have a price on the blue ones in a day or so... have to finalize the deal, and pull the dead rubber off.

17x7.5 +48 will fit on a wagon with 225s. I did it on mine with some Rota Tarmac II's. For suspension I was running AGX with STi takeoffs and then DMS 40s with over an inch of drop. You will be golden with 215s.

Those Weds Sports are sexy and relatively cheap. They are kind of heavy (Tire Rack says 20 pounds), though.

Volks... you can't go wrong with Volks but they are NOT cheap. Light, Strong, Sexy... Expensive. Very good wheels, though.

I personally think you should get a set of these (see pics below)

A was talking with a guy on RS25 and he almost nabbed a set for $120 (on sale) from this place in japan. Heres the info for the place. "Here is there website: http://www.tokyo-subaru.co.jp/dealer...tachikawa.html (sorry its in Japanese!). The name of the dealership is Car Do Subaru, and it is located in Tachikawa, about 30 minutes outside Tokyo if I remember correctly."

    should check it out.
