If he's finding different IPs (as opposed to just different email addresses) then he is the one who needs a life ... Most ISPs assign IP addresses dynamically, so banning an IP might well kick out a valid member were they to get the same IP later on. Admittedly, this was a much bigger problem when dial-up was still more prevalent than broadband. Also, if someone is using a NATed address, you could block an entire organisation's users from accessing the site. Stuart.
