Wingtuation

So, I have a JBP '04 STi and I want to end up with no wing or less wing. I prefer to have something back there to offset the scoop, otherwise it looks kinda lopsided. I would like to break even in the end. Just looking for ideas/estimates based on other people's experience. Do I have the lid patched and painted and sell the wing, or would I be better off buying a new lid, having it painted, and selling my whole deal? Should I go CF and forgo all paint? Maybe I could sell my soul and still not be able to afford a new STI limited? Throw some ideas at me please. :biggrin:

 

I would just get a CF lid if you already have a cf hood.

 

If I had a CF hood I would be getting a CF trunklid for sure and this thread would not exist . I may have been misleading even suggesting CF for the trunk since, on second thought, it would look kinda silly without a matching hood...

Ehh... forget I mentioned it as an idea. Process of elimination, see, it's working!

 

I'd get a carbon decklid and paint it. Thats how I roll.
