FYI, Spotted: MY02 (and others?) dark blue front bumper behind "Jeff the Alignment Guy"'s shop in Bloomington. It is available for anyone who wants it. Jeff didn't know who dropped it off. I know nothing of the condition other than it looked scuffed and whatnot. I did not check the mounts, but the bumper is in one piece. It might make a decent winter bumper for anyone that doesn't want to crack their low summer kit.
Pretty sure (if it's the bumper I'm thinking of, and what are the odds of Jeff having two different ones sitting out behind the shop?) that it's an 02/03 wagon bumper cover, in MBP. Jeff knows it's my old bumper, he must have spaced that, but if anyone wants it, have at it. Not broken, just scuffed and a small crease in one spot.
