today as I was driving my car shuttered all the sudden and then I noticed on the cluster the P for park was lit up and also the D for drive was also lit up:mad: ( 4eat). So on the rest of the drive home it continued to cut in and out, upon inspection all wires are intact. Checked the turbo timer wires are ok, anyone have anyother ideas?

Start with checking the grounds. I don't know what spot all those connections go through, other than the SMJ (Super Multiple Junction, Subaru term). I've never heard of one coming loose, but if its been apart before its possible.

Otherwise you could check things like the main relay, which is usually in the upper left area of the dash.

You basically need a multimeter and time to chase things down. Wiring gremlins are never easy.

Do you have an aftermarket intake? Was it wet or raining outside when it happened?
