Tbone happened to it lol. jk, kinda. The stock one was crossthreaded and the cartidge and strut body are both messed up. Replacement was overtightened and stripped so the cartridge is busted.
Checked the other replacement front (DS) and it was already stripped, probably was re-assembled wrong. Looked like lower cartridge wasn't set right before it was torqued down.
Got lots of extra dust boots, springs, top hats, and bumpstops now tho lol

yup, and those were the ones that got overtightened and stripped. went to use the other front and the lower bolt just spun.
meh, hopefully it won't set me back more than a day.

lol, I told you all about it. The rear strut top nut was stripped so we cut it out. Got a replacement stud and had it pressed in. I think I gave you another extra stud and replacement adjusters too.

Ha! Well, I'm not hard to find.
btw I've talked to few guys about high power awd alignment/suspension setup since we last talked. They all had some pretty interesting thoughts.

Lol, yr front's will be cake since we'll be taking the top bolt off and leaving the bottom nut alone. Rears will be easy too since we only need to take the bootom bolt off to repack the grease and throw on some springs.
I got a beat on something but prefer new since my DS only has 6k miles on it.
