Hey all, I am looking for a few OEM subaru parts. The first thing i am looking for is a OEM intake plenum for a NA impreza. doesnt matter what year 93-05. no turbo intakes, just NA ones please. also 93-01 preferred. the next thing i am looking for is an OEM cd player cassette player. IIRC this a 2 din unit, with 6disc changer? either way i want an OEM cd player w/ cassette deck.
I believe my dad just pulled the deck out of my mom's legacy. it's at least double DIN, maybe triple. it's got cassette, and single CD player as one unit, and then a 6-disc below it. neither CD player would work right. the changer had no signs of life, could be a power wire or fuse...and the single one probably just needs a good lens cleaning. I'll see if my dad is interested in parting with it...
well its more important to have the cassette then to have teh 6disc changer. do the 06 ones you guys have come with cassee players or are they just cd? Erik: i dont need he manifold just the black plastic ube tha goes o teh airbox.
I recently pulled the OEM stereo out of my 2001 RS. I have the radio/cassette (1DIN), single CD player (1DIN) and subwoofer for under the seat. It would also include the wiring harness that ties the subwoofer into the factory stereo harness. Everything was working just fine as of mid-November. I'm looking to sell the set as a whole, and not part it out. Would this be of interest to you ? Oh, and I also have a bunch of the stock intake plumbing sitting gathering dust in the garage, since my car has a Ganzflow intake on it. Stuart.
^What size is the stock sub? does tha extra intake plumbing include the torque box? how much do you want for it?

Hey martin you can HAVE my stereo from my RS. I believe its sitting in a box at will's house. Let me know if you want it.
You can see the CD player and sub here... http://www.subaruwrxparts.com/gc8-interior.html. The sub goes under the driver's seat, held down by one of the rear seat rail bolts. I'm looking to get $200 for the radio/CD/sub/harness combo. If by torque box you mean the big black plastic lump under the hood scoop where the panel filter goes, I'm still using that. But I think I have all the plumbing leading up to it. Buy the stereo for the asking price, I'll throw in whatever intake plumbing I have sitting around loose in the garage. Bye for now, Stuart.

Martin I have Ben's stock 6 disc which I actually don't think I am going to use because I have better control over sub volume with the deck I already have. PM Ben at Mtka Subaru and ask him how much he wants for it. Its the in dash 6 disc and I'm almost 100 percent sure there is a cassette player also.
