    **price lowered** $380 **I'm selling my D40. I got it brand new from Ritz Camera for about $680. Comes with 18-55 lense, battery, battery charger, usb connector, lense cap and lense filter. It's a great camera and takes great pictures. It's only been in use for about a total of about 3 weeks. I'm going to be getting the D80 after this one. comes with:
    - 18-55 lense
    - battery
    - battery charger
    - usb connector
    - lense cap
    - lense filter
    - 2x 2GB memory sticks

    I don't think so. I think the XS is a good value new due to the kit lens WHICH ISN'T JUNK LIKE THE OLD ONE YOU'RE USED TO SHINEYNITELITE

    So then you already have a nikon lens and just need a body?? And you are willing to spend 350-400 to get a body (with chargers and such)??? If so, I will dig though my nikon sites. I can probably pick up a d200 for $400, and can easily pick up d80's for well under that. If you are looking to spend that much on a body, I sure as hell would not pick up a d40/60. Remember, it is not about the MP of the camera anymore, it is about the features.

    that d200 seems like a pretty cool camera, i'd really like to play around with something like that.. i'd obviously let someone play with my money pit if they were interested

    Nikon D80
    Like new with original box and manual.
    Battery and charger.
    MC-DC1 wired remote.
    ML-L3 wireless remote.

    2, 4 gig Lexar Professional 133x speed memory cards.

    Priced for quick sale. $350.00
    + shipping and insurance.

    I think the wireless remotes usually go for around $100 new and the wired ones go for about $40, plus the 4gb cards. Not a bad deal.

    woah thats expensive for remotes! if you plan on shooting at night you're going to want that wired remote.

    Oh ya, the site is a good site and the people are trustworthy. Basically it is the FS forums from Nikon Cafe. A deal went bad on Nikon Cafe and the site is being sued because they provided a play for the bad deal to go down. So they moved the FS forums to a different location until everything gets cleared up.

    that a good camera for the price... less than i payed for my XT used... and without a card or any of the other stuff. jump on it.

    Just joined intheclix.com and am not really able to find any stellar deals... am looking into a xti for about $530 but have some experience with Nikons and liked it (havent used a canon dslr before)... Anyways, bumping this since my larger tax return will be here soon. And I never ended up getting a camera

    Without reading the old stuff, I'll go down to west photo and play with their gear. Kyle is a great guy down there who knows his stuff. One thing I love about that place is they aren't pushy at all. I've gone down there asking about a few different items. I've never been pressured into buying stuff.

    They also have used gear and gear you can rent. If I'm buying photo stuff locally I always go to west photo.
