and I forgot to ask, did you blow up the 2.0 in the saabaru??

 

Thanks, I'll look into that. Yeah, it blew the @$#@%$@^ up on Sunday coming back from a camping trip. Such is life I guess.

Sounds like you're converting back to STX eligible huh? I haven't done any autox since M1 & 2 last year when we gridded next to each other.

 

I have an 05 EJ255/7 block that just needs ahead bolt hole repaired. Will need to be bored.

 

Aw damn, well I'm sure you'll like the 2.5...if mine blows some day, that's prob what I'll do.

And yep, just a couple small things to change and hardly any lost power to go down to STX. Pretty pumped for this weekend - you gotta get yours back out when its fixed!

So I'm going with a rebuilt 2.0L block, so I've got that, and I picked up a used turbo off of NASIOC.

Looks like I'm just looking for an STI top mount, if anyone's got one they're looking to unload?

Possibly an exhaust as well?

 

Found a top mount. Just need to source an STI splitter and bellows. Anybody got one? Doesn't have to be in very good shape as I have to modify it to fit the Saab hoodscoop, just as long as its all there.
