    need some hid for the gc8 impreza in h4 with 6000k is possible asap thanks

    hid-lights has the X5 kit which alot of people on here are using. I think GPThunder has been around for a long time also. You'd probably check online to be sure, but they've never steered me wrong there.

    thanks question tho how would you connect the hid ballast for the stock connector?? doesn't seem like it'll fit

    The power comes from the leads that usually go to the stock lamp. You tap off of those, those two wires connect to power the ballast, then a wire goes from the ballast back into the lamp to power the HID bulb.

    so that would mean you would have to cut the old connector harness? and i guess i'm going to get a pair of these

    No, no cutting was required, at least not with the x5 kit. Not sure on teh GPThunder, but I'd assume they work about the same way. There were two metal tabs that slipped right over the two stock power wires to the stock lamp.

    I got the 8000k, it isn't bad really. They call the color diamond white, they aren't really blue.
