I am looking to go officially wingless (finally) and now would be ideal for me since the car is down for the winter. I am hoping to get it done on the cheap, so I am willing to do some or all of the prep work and deliver the lid in a state of readiness that the painter prefers. I am most likely looking for an individual or a small business, as the high overhead the big name shops have to cover puts them out of reach for me. Who knows someone who is doing good paint work these days? Thanks!
I am building a paint booth in my basement... you buy the paint and we can do it... otherwise I can ask my buddy... he does custom work on motorcycle tanks ect.
My buddies dad is a pro painter. He does more classic cars but he is doing my wingless hood job as well. There is the problem of distance though, he lives in Nicollet.
I have a couple other potential options in the works, but please let me know if he can help me out too. If the price is right, I may be willing to take the drive. Thanks, Matt
